Accountable for residential construction of 18 custom Kukio Cottage units. Managed budgetscheduling, material procurement, contractor safety, and daily coordination to gain consensus of project objectives. Buyer interface in managing the contracted scope of work expectations, including owner design changes, punch list development, cottage turnover, and escrow requirements through completion/ owner move-in.

DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION Managed technical activities of Construction Department to include recruitment, workflow, improved work processes, and interface with internal/external customers of Engineering & Construction Department services. Oversaw engineering/ management on projects either directly or indirectly as a consultant/reviewer. Project Executive/Owner Representative with management and oversight responsibilities of the design, engineering, and construction by the Obayashi Corporation of the $95M fit-up project at the Applied Materials Technology Center in Sunnyvale, CA.
Scott Campus Development Agreement Managed responsibilities to coordinate with Applied Materials, their consultants, and the City of Santa Clara the
entire Development Agreement which provided Applied Materials with the vested right to build out the 918K SF Scott Campus over a 15-year period, provided upon agreement of phasing requirements.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / PROJECT DIRECTOR (1995 – 2000) Promoted to oversee all programming, design, construction, and customer interface of the Applied Materials Arques Campus Technology Center Project. The facility was designed and constructed to meet the necessary long-term needs of Applied Materials to FY 2010 and beyond, which included demonstration and development of 60/300mm tools and future research. Project included a 165K SF 3-level Technology Center with sub fab and 50K SF of Class I clean-room, 16K SF central utility building, 6-level 1,250-car parking structure, and recreational center. Project Phase I approx.. budget of $175M. Completed 2/1/99.
Scott Campus • Oversaw all programming, design, and construction of the Applied Materials PVD Technology Campus Project:
application lab, R&D lab, Pilot manufacturing, and central plant.
